2 cups roughly chopped papaya
1 1/2 cups roughly chopped green apple
1/4 cup orange segments
1 cup full-fat curds (dahi)
1/2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 cups ice cubes
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into 5 individual glasses and serve immediately or refrigerate and serve later.

can I use red apple instead of green apple''s available easily in market

   Reshma, green apples are sweeter than red apples and that''s why we have used them in the recipe. But go ahead and use red apples and update us on how the smoothie came out.

I have not tried this recipe yet but it looks delicious and I will post a comment after I make it thank you very much I need to find out what dahi is I don''t know what it is that ingredient

This is a perfect healthy smoothie to have any time of the day. I have 2 glasses of it daily. Make sure you use full fat curd as that is good fat and combined with fresh fruits, it makes a great filling chilled drink.
