If you make the Papaya Passion using chilled fruits, the result is even better! You can have this drink as a substitute for fruits once in a while, but have it in small helpings, to avoid any rise in blood sugar levels.

1/2 cup chilled orange segments

Simple and easy to make this drink makes use of only 2 fruits. My dad doesn''t like fruits especially orange, but he loved this drink. thanks for the recipe.

I make this almost every alternate day for breakfast. Its really healthy and gives that added energy boost required for the day! Papaya is not particularly popular but this recipe gives a moderately tasty way of consuming the healthy fruit.so, Thanks!
