Peanuts Bread Upma

The innovative bread upma is prepared with soaked bread slices which are seasoned with mustard seeds, curry leaves and roasted onions and peanuts. Enjoy as breakfast or tiffin with chopped coriander leaves as garnish.
Method- Heat the oil in a kadai, add the onions and saute till the colour changes.
- Add the capsicum and tomatoes, mix well and saute till the capsicum and tomatoes are cooked.
- Add bread ,sambar masala, garam masala and salt, mix well and cover and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the olive oil, mix well and add coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
