Ingredients

250 gms fresh cream
1 small tin of canned pineapple
1/3 cup water
1/2 tin of condensed milk
1 tbsp sugar
3 tsp lemon
2 tsp gelatine
few drops of pineapple essence
yellow colour
Method


  1. Double boil gelatin in half cup of water n cool it.
  2. Beat milkmaid till smooth n fluffy.
  3. To that add pineapple pieces cut into small,lemon,pineapple syrup,water n atlast gelatin n mix well.
  4. Keep it in afrezeer tilit becomesthick be sure it must not set.
  5. Remove fro the fridge n add the fresh cream and essence n colour to it n beat well.
  6. Refrigerate.
  7. Decorate with fresh cream n pineapple pieces.
