I am Diabetic and was trying to search for LCHF vegetarian Diet- receipes.Your website is really wealth of information,just like encyclopedia of Receipes.Congrats to your entire team.I would have loved if I can download your receipes as word file rather than pdf.Do you have Nutrition Facts of each Indian Vegetables,Legumes,Fruits,and Grains.If yes then if you can send me link,it will be of help to me.

   Dear Mahesh Thanks for the word of appreciation. It is true that some research shows that LCHF diets help in controlling blood sugar levels, but these diets have to be followed under timely professional supervision. This is because the dose of medication / insulin along with food intake has to be very well adjusted. Moreover such diets are highly individualistic and may show different results in different people. Hence we don''t have recommendations for this diet. Also with regards to the Nutrition Facts for different food sources, we don''t have a link to share. Of course, the nutrition fact of each recipe is highlighted after the procedure.
