More than being part of a cuisine, Naashta can be thought of as part of a region’s culture! From weddings and other social gatherings to mid-day hunger pangs, snacks are indispensable. Tea time is incomplete without dry snacks. There are some snacks which you can make prior consumption and store in air-tight containers. Other than that there are freshly made snacks (farsaan) which can be relished during daily meals! Rajasthan is famous for its innumerable naashta choices, like Kanji Vada, Pyaaz Ki Kochari and Shakarpara.
