  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss well.
  2. Put an aluminuim foil inside the baking tray and put the marinated pumpkin evenly all over.
  3. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.

Excellent healthy accompaniment to have. Roasting pumpkin gets out a nice warm flavour and garlic and sea salt make a lovely addition to it. Pumpkin has a low Glycemic Load and hence healthy to have.
