Ingredients

1 kg sour orange juice
2 kgs sugar
1/2 tsp orange essence
1/4 tsp orange colour
tip of tsp sodium benzoit
Method


  1. 1.mix juice with sugar
  2. 2.boil till sticky ,but thread should not formed
  3. 3.close fire
  4. 4.add sodium benzoit diluted in hot syrup
  5. 5.add color ,essence
  6. 6.bottel in boiling bottels ,cap tightly
  7. Nb .do not fill up to brim ,leave 2"space vacant
