- Soak the soya chunks for 10mins,in hot water.
- Take frying pan pour oil fry onion light brown colour
- Add garlic&ginger paste
- Add greenchillies
- Add soya chuks
- Add salt
- Add garammasala
- Saute it till the oil oozes out,add 1/4cup of water saute it till dry
- Take boiled potato
- Add to it the bread powder
- Salt
- Mix properly
- Make like balls,flaten it
- Take chuks masala
- Put it on the aloo
- Make like a ball
- And deep fry them.
- Eat it with chutney or sause
