Ingredients

2 cups bajra (black millet)
4 cups water

For the garlic chutney--
1/2 cup garlic (lehsun) cloves
2 green chillies
salt to taste
Method


  1. Pressure cook millet with 4 cups of water upto 1 whistle on high flame and 2 whistle on simmer.
  2. Mean while grind the cloves green chilli with salt and little water.
  3. This is your garlic chutney.
  4. To reduce smell of garlic you can add few drops of lime juice (optional).
  5. Drain all the water and serve hot with garlic chutney.
  6. Add little ghee according to your taste (optional).
