Strawberry Banana Apple Sorbet
by Tarla Dalal
Strawberries add josh to any recipe, with their vibrant flavour and beautiful hue. This Strawberry, Banana, Apple Sorbet is no exception.
Although the flavours of all three fruits – strawberry, apple and banana – are notable in this drink, strawberry dominates the act. Apple adds volume and balances the flavour of this sorbet while banana gives it a luscious mouth-feel and natural sweetness.
In a sorbet, the procedure of preparation is as important as the combination of ingredients. Follow this recipe to get it right.
Once you freeze and scrape out the mixture, make sure you serve it immediately to get that special icy mouth-feel. Otherwise, the sorbet will get watery and become like any other juice.
You can also try other sorbets like the Plum and Banana Sorbet and the Guava Sorbet .
