Koki/ thalipeeth/ missi roti is a traditional roti recipe prepared from a mix of flours and spice powders added. These small rotis are shallow fried with little oil and then enjoyed with vegetables or any lentil preparation of choice.

Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into 5 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter, using the flour for rolling.
  3. Heat a tava and cook each roti, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  4. Serve hot with chutney or tea.
