Tasty tomato chutney is a South Indian way of preparing a tangy and spicy tomato chutney or paste . Tasty and spicy tomato chutney can be refrigerated and used as desired as an accompaniment to main course or any starter.
- Boil tomatoes till pulpy.
- Strain in a wire mesh.
- Put the pulp, the whole garam masala, sugar, & raisins salt and chillie powder also on the stove.
- Keep stirring till the the quantity is reduced to half. remove the scum & keep stirring till thick .
- Cool & bottle.
