Tomato chutney with groundnut is a delightful tomato chutney with the chopped tomatoes blended with a ground powder comprising of groundnuts, garlic, chillies and sesame seeds.
- Dry roast all the ingredients except tomato in a kadai and make a powder of it.
- Cut tomatoes into small pieces.in a kadai add enough oil season with mustard seeds and add the cut tomatos with haldi and salt.
- Allow them to cook till they become soft and condensed then add the ground masala and cook till the oil comes out.
- Add jaggery and mix well and then remove from fire. can be taken with rice as well as roties.
