Triple mazaa yoghurt-chocolate kulfi ice-cream

300g. Milk,
250g. sugar or to taste,
2tsp corn flour,
2tbsp milk powder, mixed in a little plain milk,
2cups thick fresh yoghurt, stirred well,
1/2 cup, grated chocolate,
6 almonds,sliced,6 almonds ,crushed,4-5drops of vanilla essence,
4 tbsps fresh cream

1. Heat the milk and add the sugar. when the milk thickens, stir in the corn flour mixed in plain milk and milk powder. bring to a boil. remove from the heat and allow to cool completely . add the yogurt and grated chocolate, leaving aside some for garnish.freeze.when half frozen, add the fresh cream and vanilla essence. blend well. transfer the mixtu
