300 gms cabbage , cut into 1 inch squares
25 gms sliced carrots
150 gms sliced black mushroom
100 gms sliced bamboo shoots
100 gms bean sprouts
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1/4 tsp m.s.g
2 cups water
1 cup cornflour dissolved in 3 cups water
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp oil
100 gms cauliflower

  1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the carrots, mushroom and bamboo shoots and stir fry for 45 seconds, and then add the remaining vegetables.
  2. Stir fry again for 1 minute and add all the seasonings and mix well and add water.
  3. Once it comes to boil, add the corn starch solution.
  4. Stir and serve.
