Method:- Mash potatoes and yani(suran).
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Mix it well.
- Take a little mixture on your palm and apply a little oil
- On the seekh and press it the mixture on it.
- Take out the oblongated kabab and deep fry in hot oil on high fire.
- Serve hot.
