Vegetables Paneer Rice

Its so tasty and delicious rice its healthy also.
Method- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add the paneer and fry till they turn golden brown from all the sides.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
- Again heat some oil in same pan and add the green chillies and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the onions and saute till they turn golden brown.
- Add the vegetables, mix well and cook till they turn soft.
- Add the rice, chilli sauce, ketchup and salt and mix well.
- Add the paneer and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
