1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 1/2 cups hung low fat curds (chakka dahi)
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies

Place a clean and dry muslin cloth over the bowl. You can also use a thin cheesecloth for this purpose.

Wow thanks for this wonderful reicpe. Most of the dips are high in calories and with lots of cheese and cream.. But this is something different. The hung curds with this crunchy veggies makes it a super duper dip. I cant stop having this, but more satisfaction is that it is healthy..
