Ingredients

250 gms crushed walnuts (akhrot)
250 gms mava (khoya)
50 gms semolina (rava)
2 tbsp ghee
sugar to taste
Method


  1. Heat ghee in a pan
  2. Add suji and stir till brown
  3. Add sugar and mawa and stir
  4. Add walnuts
  5. Spread on greased thali
  6. Cut pieces and serve
