Zamali Badami Kulfa, made with love, a delicious traditional Pakistani frozen dessert.
Unlike the traditional kulfi recipes where the almonds are usually chopped or crushed this recipes uses a good amount of blanched and blended almonds and hence as the names says the end result is an absolute buttery badami flavour.
Enjoy it any day or make and serve on special occasions like Eid or Diwali.
Method- Soak almonds in hot water peel and blend.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, whipping cream and sugar and mix well.
- Add cardamom powder, mix again. Put mixture into small single serving dishes.
- Freeze for 4 to 6 hours and serve.
