1 cup semolina (rava)
1/2 cup curds (dahi)
1/2 cup chopped fenugreek (methi) leaves
1 cup parboiled green peas
salt to taste
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 tsp fruit salt

For The Garnish
finely chopped parboiled carrot
basil leaves

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the fruit salt in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Just before making, add the fruit salt and mix well.
  3. Pour spoonfuls of batter in the cup cake moulds, garnish with carrot pieces and bake in a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes or untill toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Garnish with basil leaves.
  5. Serve immediately.
