Khumb Pulao recipe - How to make Khumb Pulao
Method- Combine the oil, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, bayleaf and spring onions in a microwave safe bowl, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Add the mushrooms, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Add the rice, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Add 2 cups of hot water, garam masala, chilli powder, cumin seeds powder and salt, mix well and microwave on high for 12 minutes, stirring once after every 4 minutes.
- Serve hot.
