Ingredients


For Quick Cheese Fondue
1 cup cheese spread
1 cup milk
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp finely chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp cornflour dissolved in 1 tbsp water
salt to taste
1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)

For The Garnish
1/4 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)

For Serving With Quick Cheese Fondue
toasted bread pieces

Method

For quick cheese fondue

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}quick cheese fondue{/span}, heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  2. Add the milk, cheese spread and cornflour-water mixture, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  3. Add the salt and chilli flakes, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minute.
  4. Serve the {span class="bold1"}cheese fondue{/span} immediately with toasted bread pieces.
