  2. Tie the curd in a muslin cloth.
  3. Hang it for atleast 2 hours.
  4. Put all the vegetables in a bowl.
  5. Mix the hung curd with the chopped vegetables.
  6. Add oregano, pepper & chlliflakes to the curd & vegetables.
  7. Mix well.
  8. To serve:
  9. Garnish the dip with fresh mint leaves & serve with chips or cheese stick.
