  1. To make soya mutter keema, combine the soya granules, salt and 1 cup of warm water together in a bowl. Keep aside for 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Squeeze the soya granules thoroughly, keep aside.
  3. In a broad pan, heat oil, add cumin seeds, cinnamom, bayleaf, black peppercorns, cloves, finely chopped green chillies. Sauté for few seconds.
  4. Add onions and cook them on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste, tomato pulp, prepared masala paste and brown onion paste and cook on medium flame for another 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the green peas and soaked soya granules and mix well. Add salt to taste and 2 cups of hot water.
  7. Cover and cook on medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  8. Add butter, kasuri methi, coriander and cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. Serve soya mutter keema hot with pav or roti.

  3. Add 1 small cinnamom. 
  4. Add 1 bayleaf.
  5. Add 4 black peppercorns.
  6. Add 3 cloves.
  7. Add 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies. 
  8. Sauté for few seconds.
  9. Add ¾ cup finely chopped onions.
  10. Cook them on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  11. Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
  12. Add 1 cup tomato pulp.
  13. Add the prepared masala paste.
  14. Add ½ cup brown onion paste.
  15. Cook on medium flame for another 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  16. Add ½ cup green peas.
  17. Add the soaked soya granules.
  18. Mix well.
  19. Add salt to taste.
  20. Add 2 cups of hot water.
  21. Cover and cook on medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  22. Add 2 tbsp butter.
  23. Add 1 tbsp kasuri methi.
  24. Add 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander.
  25. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  26. Serve soya mutter keema hot with pav or roti.
