7 Cup Burfi recipe - How to make 7 Cup Burfi

Ingredients

1 cup besan (bengal gram flour)
3 cups sugar
1 cup freshly grated coconut
1 cup milk
1 cup ghee
1 tsp powdered cardamoms

Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a heavy bottomed pan and mix well.
  2. Cook on a slow flame till the mixture becomes thin and starts boiling while stirring continuously.
  3. When the stirring becomes little hard, the mixture will start bubbling and leave the sides.
  4. Pour into a greased plate and smoothen the top with the back of a spoon.
  5. When the burfi firms up a little, cut into desired shape.
  6. Let it cool completely.
  7. Remove the pieces from the plate and store in air tight jar.
