Apple and Custard Apple Smoothie recipe - How to make Apple and Custard Apple Smoothie

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 6 to 8 servings

Ingredients

12 custard apple (sitaphal) ripe , peeled and de-seeded
4 apple , peeled and cut into pieces
4 glasses of milk or soya milk
4 tsp honey
few ice cubes
4 scoops of vanilla or butterscotch ice-cream
2 tbsp sugar

For Garnishing
1 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder

Method
    Method
  1. Combine together the custard apples and apple pieces with milk or soya milk in a mixer and blend it till smooth.
  2. Add the honey, sugar, ice cream of your choice, ice cubes and blend again till smooth and slushy.
  3. Pour into four individual glasses.
  4. Garnish each glass with green-cardamom powder.
  5. Serve chilled immediately.
