Makes 6 to 8 servings
12 custard apple (sitaphal) ripe , peeled and de-seeded
4 apple , peeled and cut into pieces
4 glasses of milk or soya milk
4 tsp honey
few ice cubes
4 scoops of vanilla or butterscotch ice-cream
2 tbsp sugar
For Garnishing
1 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
Method
Tip:
- Method
- Combine together the custard apples and apple pieces with milk or soya milk in a mixer and blend it till smooth.
- Add the honey, sugar, ice cream of your choice, ice cubes and blend again till smooth and slushy.
- Pour into four individual glasses.
- Garnish each glass with green-cardamom powder.
- Serve chilled immediately.
