Apple Pie Smoothie recipe - How to make Apple Pie Smoothie

Makes 4 serving
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup curds (dahi)
1 cup green apples
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp cinnamon (dalchini)
a pinch of ginger (adrak) and nutmeg (jaiphal)

- Method
- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of smoothie in 4 individual glasses. Serve immediately.
