tips: hot oil may be used instead of butter.
Arogya sev recipe - How to make Arogya sev
Cooking Time: Total Time:
Rice flour - ¼ cup
Besan flour – ½ cup
Chutney dhal flour – 1 Tbspn
Sabudana – 1 Tbspn
Moong dhal flour - 1 Tspn
Butter – 1 Tbspn
Hari Masala paste ( grind a piece of ginger,a pod garlic, 1 green chilly )
Oil for frying
salt to taste
Method
- Method : mix all the five flours, add butter to this, then add salt, hari masala and mix well. sprinkle little water slowly and mix well. then put this in the sev mould dropper
- And press it over the hot oil in the kadai.cook on both sides when golden brown, remove and drain on to a tissue paper. cool, and store in air tight containers.
