Makes 2 to 4 servings
2 ripe bananas
whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp milk
Method
- Method
- Peel bananas and slice in 2 long size of bananas in length.
- Make 2 piece of each slice and keep aside.
- Make little thick paste of flour and sugar, add the cinnamon powder and milk and mix well.
- Heat butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the olive oil, roll banana slices in dough and shallow fry all till crisp.
- Serve hot any time.
