This Latin tasting dip is great accompaniment for chips. It is a wonderful source of protein and a great way to make chips and dips a meal!!

Makes 4 serving
2 tomatoes , diced
4 tbsp diced red onions
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
3 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
4 tsp red chillies flakes
3 garlic (lehsun) cloves , finely chopped
2 cups cooked black eyed peas
salt to taste
Method
- Method
- Grind tomato, garlic, onion and coriander in a food processor coarsely.
- Add the black eyed peas, cumin seeds powder, chilli flakes and salt, to taste, and grind until the mixture is mostly smooth.
- Transfer into a decorative bowl and garnish with coriander.
- Enjoy with Tortilla Chips or any chips of your taste.
