panch phoran 300 gm
oil 600 gm
salt andaz
Method
- 1. cut banda gobhi finely ,wash keep in sun for 1\2 hour
- 2.bounce panch phoran roughly(saunf ,jeera,methi ,kaulaunji ,ajwain)
- 3.mix panch phoran ,cabbage,salt ,oil ,keep in jar ,and keep in sun ,after 4 days it will be ready.
