Ingredients


cabbage 2kg
panch phoran 300 gm
oil 600 gm
salt andaz

Method

  1. 1. cut banda gobhi finely ,wash keep in sun for 1\2 hour
  2. 2.bounce panch phoran roughly(saunf ,jeera,methi ,kaulaunji ,ajwain)
  3. 3.mix panch phoran ,cabbage,salt ,oil ,keep in jar ,and keep in sun ,after 4 days it will be ready.
