  1. Combine the ginger, chillies, curry leaves, fennel powder and asofoetida and blend into a thick paste using little water.
  2. ADd the onions to this paste and keep aside.
  3. Add the coriander and salt and mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai, make small balls from the mixture and deep fry few at a time till they turn golden brown from all the sides.
  5. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
