Channa Mmatar bhel recipe - How to make Channa Mmatar bhel

1/2 cup leftover boiled hara chana (dried green peas)
1/2 cup boiled green peas
2 cups Healthy Chivda
2 to 3 cups puffed rice (kurmura)
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
2 to 3 green chillies
chilli powder to taste
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp tamarind (imli) pulp
1 tomato, chopped
Method
- Mix all the ingredients.roll papad into cone and oven roast till it turns light brown.
- Fill bhel and serve with green mint chutney.serve immediately.or it will become soggy.
