Makes 4 4 servings
2 cups ripe chickoo , peeled and deseeded
500 ml low fat milk , 99.7% fat-free
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
sugar as required
almond essence

- Method
- Blend the chickoo along with a cup of milk for 20-30seconds.
- Add remaining milk, vanilla ice cream, essence and sugar and blend again for a minute.
- Serve chilled with ice cubes.
