Ingredients

2 cups ripe chickoo , peeled and deseeded
500 ml low fat milk , 99.7% fat-free
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
sugar as required
almond essence

Method
    Method
  1. Blend the chickoo along with a cup of milk for 20-30seconds.
  2. Add remaining milk, vanilla ice cream, essence and sugar and blend again for a minute.
  3. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
