Ingredients


chicken 1kg
6 tbsp curds (dahi)
4 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli paste
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp garlic (lehsun) paste
4 tbsp oil
1 cup sliced onions
salt to taste

Method

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with the curd ,garlic ,salt for 25 mins.
  2. Heat oil in a pan .fry the sliced onion and keep aside.
  3. In a bowl mix the measured red chilli (kashmiri) paste and sugar.
  4. Fry the paste in oil until in leaves the side of the cooking pan.
  5. Add the chicken pieces and cover cook until the chicken is tender to be served.
  6. Garnish with tomatoes and onions cut in ring.
  7. Serve with parathas or puris or nan.
