Ingredients

1 cup chopped chickoo
1/2 cup chopped deseeded dates (khajur)
3 tsp sugar
300 ml milk
ice cubes as required

Method
    Method
  1. Combine the chickoos, dates, sugar and milk and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Put ice cubes in individual glasses and pour the equal quantities of milk shake.
  3. Serve chilled.
