chocolate exotica is a creamy chocolate flavoured beverage recipe. The drinking chocolate,cocoa powder, sugar and cream are blended together to create this exotic and splendid beverage.
Chocolate Exotica recipe - How to make Chocolate Exotica

1/2 tin of condensed milk
100 ml soda
60 ml unsalted butter
1 tbsp sugar
125 gms plain flour (maida)
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 tbsp cocoa powder
for biscuit
1 box anchor whipping cream,
2 to 3 tbsp drinking chocolate
1 tbsp cocoa powder and 1/2 tsp coffee powder (optional)
5 tsp sugar
Method
- Mix maida, cocoa & baking powder together
- Mix sugar, butter & milk maid. beat well
- Add soda water. mix well add essence
- Bake for abt 30-40 minutes at 150 c
- Put cake aside.
- Blend cream along with drinking chocolate,
- cocoa powder & sugar till it becomes thick
- Add vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Dip biscuit in this mixture
- Put it on cake
- Decorate with grated chocolate & cream.
