U can add one inch crushed ginger while boiling.
drink atleast once in 2 - 3 days. helps in avoiding sore throat, cold & cough.
if u already have cold or throat issues, drink 2 -3 times in a day for 2 days.... it will really work.

Cooking Time: Total Time:
2 Full cinnamon sticks
1/4 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp Honey
2 cups water
Method
- Crush the cinnamon sticks and add it to the water.
- Boil the mixture in 15 mins, or till water becomes half(water color will change to dark brown)
- Pour it into a cup, add honey & pepper powder.
- Tea is ready!!!
