2 glassesof coconut water
1/2 glass of cold water
sugar to taste
a few mint leaves (phudina)
coconut meat (nariyal ki malai)
2 tsp lemon juice
Method
- Mix the sugar with the water and mix with c0ld water and also the lemon juice
- Cut the thin tender coconut into small pieces and add it with the water which is mixed with the sugar and the lemon juice
- Just put a few mint leaves so that it tastes fresh and nice for a summer after noon
