1/4 cup baking powder
1 cup plain flour (maida)
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/4 cup fresh cream
Method
- Mix all the ingredients and knead to a soft dough with ream amd a little water.
- Roll out the dough like a big chapati and cut in small rounds.
- Put them on a greased baking tray at a little distance and bake ina het oven for 10 to 15 minutes
