A blend of coconut and pineapple mixed with ice-cream to form a beautiful and delicious mocktail.
Cocopine Jumbo recipe - How to make Cocopine Jumbo

45 ml coconut water
30 ml pineapple juice
1 tbsp Vanilla Ice-cream
a pinch of salt
1 tsp icing sugar
Method
- 1st put the coconut water in a mixer grinder then put pineapple juice & grind for a seconds.
- Then add the vanilla ice cream &salt,sugar & grind for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve it cold in a mocktail glass.
