A tasty mixture of peanuts with other ingredients to mage a dry tea time snack. Serve it with green chutney.
Collegian Singdana recipe - How to make Collegian Singdana

3 cups salted peanuts, without skin
3 tbsp Green Chutney
100 gms coriander (dhania) leaves
1 tsp peanuts
4 to 5 green chillies
1/2 tsp ginger (adrak)
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
2 tbsp finely chopped onions
1 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
sev for garnish (optional)
coriander (dhania) leaves for garnish
lemon juice to taste
1 tbsp crushed salted peanuts
Method
- Grind the above green chutney ingredients to make chuney.
- Mix all the above ingredients.serve in the plate garnish it with sev and coriander leaves.
