Corn Potato Pakoras, corn, potato and cheese together combine to make a quick scrumptious snack.

Makes 4 serving
1 1/2 cups boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1 cup boiled potatoes
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
1 slit green chilli
1/2 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
2 tbsp cornflour
Method
- Method
- Boil a vesselful of water, add corn and boil it for some times and set aside.
- Grate the boiled potatoes. Keep aside.
- In another bowl,combine potatoes,grated cheese, finely chopped chilli,finely chopped coriander,salt,corn and roll it in small pakoras and roll in with cornflour and deep fry.
- Serve hot with green mint chutney
