Ingredients


For The Filling
2 tbsp sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane) , boiled
1/4cup parmesan or cheddar cheese , grated
1/4 cup fresh cream
2 tbsp chopped walnuts (akhrot)
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
1/4 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
2 potatoes , par boiled
2 tsp olive oil
salt to taste
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder

Method
For the filling

    For the filling
  1. Combine the corn, cheese and chili flakes. Keep aside.
  2. Combine the cream; walnuts, black pepper, nutmeg and salt keep aside.

  1. Preheat oven to 200*C.
  2. Clean and scrub potatoes well. Slice the potatoes into 1/4" thick slices.
  3. In medium bowl, combine the potato slices and oil; toss well so it coats.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking tray and season each side with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes, flip and cook for more 5 minutes or until tender and brown.
  5. Take out potato slice from the oven. Top each slice with the prepared corn-cheese mix. Bake for more 5minutes or until cheese melts.
  6. Take out from oven arrange potato slices on a serving plate. Keep aside for 15 min to bring down the temperature.
  7. Top with cream-walnut topping and serve immediately.
