4 boiled potatoes, 1 cup besan, 1/2 spoon tumeric powder, red chilli powder and salt according to taste, 4 teaspoon lemon juice, chopped green chillies as per requirement and 4 spoons finely chopped corriander leaves, chaat masala n oil for frying.
Method
- Cut the potatoes into not very small pieces, mix all the ingredients mentioned above, use necessary water so that all the ingredients stick well on potato pieces. heat oil in a kadai n fry the potatoes untill they r crispy. sprinkel chaat masala n serve with tomato sauce or mint chutney or any of your favourite dip.
