Cucumber Cake recipe - How to make Cucumber Cake

2 cups semolina (rava)
2 cups grated coconut
2 cucumbers
5 to 6 cardamoms (elaichi)
1 1/2 cups jaggery (gur)
3 tbsp whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 cup ghee
a pinch of salt
Method
- Roast the rava till it becomes light brown in colour.
- Then add the grated cucumber,coconut,jaggery,powdered cardamoms,salt, rava and wheatflour mix them properly.
- Dough should neither be too thick nor too thin.
- Now pour the ghee on to a thin bottom vesseland place it in a pressure cooker.
- Heat the ghee and pour the mixture.spread it evenly.
- Cover the cooker with a plain lid see to it that it is properly covered from all sides.
- After it is done let it cool and then remove it.
