A cool and tasty dip made with dced cucumber and yogurt with other ingredients like onios, etc.

2 cups thick curds (dahi)
2 small sized cucumbers, peeled and diced
8 spring onions, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic (lehsun), crushed
1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves (phudina) plus 1 teaspoon for garnish
salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In a small bowl, beat the yogurt until smooth.
- Fold in the garlic and scallions. season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in the mint, then add the cucumber.
- Garnish with a tablespoon of fresh chopped mint, if desired. chill well before serving.
- Serve with crusty bread or pita bread triangles and raw vegetables.
