Ingredients

15 to 20 papdis,crushed
1 tbsp chopped pineapple (optional)
1 potato , boiled and cubed
1 tbsp finely chopped raw mangoes
4 tbsp boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas) or
2 to 3 tbsp meethi soonth
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp green chutney
1/2 cup curds (dahi)
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste

  1. Mix the crushed papdis, pineapple, potato, raw mango, chick peas, meethi soonth, green chutney and curds in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the cumin seed powder, chilli powder and chaat masala on top.
